For purchases made online, Union Rose will exchange or refund purchased goods within 14 days of the order’s ship date. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition along with the original receipt. Please indicate on the back of the receipt why said item was returned and if you would like store credit or a refund. Refunds will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. All purchases of items “on sale” or “marked down” are FINAL. Union Rose reserves the right to refuse any returned item.

For purchases made in store, Union Rose will exchange or offer store credit within 30 days of purchase. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition along with the original receipt. All purchases of items “on sale” or “marked down” are FINAL. Sorry, no refunds for items purchased in store.
